    Preheat the oven to 160c

    Blend most of the biscoff biscuits with melted butter (leaving a few tablespoons for decoration) and fill the bottom of a 18/20cm cake tin

    Using a hand mixer, mix the rest of the ingredients

  4. 4

    Microwave 30g (2tbsp) of the biscoff spread and gently mix with the rest of the ingredients

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven for 50 minutes, once baked turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake inside for another 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Once cool, melt the rest of the biscoff spread and spread over the cheesecake.

    Sprinkle with leftover cruimbled biscuits and top with caramelised nuts
