First mix all the marinade ingredients with the chicken and coat in cornflour. Place on baking tray and spray with oil.

Oven bake or air fry in a preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes, turning halfway through and spraying with more oil.

Fry the garlic in the butter, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for a few minutes.

Add cornstarch with water to the sauce wait for it to thicken. Coat the chicken pieces in the sauce.
