Pan Seared Chicken Breast w| Sautéed Garlic Green Beans & Scrumptious Roasted Potatoes

    Clean and season chicken breast thoroughly with your seasoning blend or your preferred seasonings, and then set aside.

    Clean fresh green beans and add to a pan on medium heat with half a cup of water then cover. Allow green beans to soften to your liking.

    Dice, clean and pat dry your choice of potatoes. Once potatoes are dry, add them to a bowl with your choice of cooking oil and seasonings.

    Sear chicken breast in an oiled pan; 6 - 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.

    Once green beans have reached your desired tenderness, add 1 tablespoon of butter, followed by 2 teaspoons of minced garlic.

    Season with seasoning blend or your desired seasonings. Allow green beans to cook in the butter while tossing and becoming slightly charred.

  7. 7

    Upon completion of cooking, plate all items.
