    Clean and thinly slice flank steak, placing it in the marinade for at least 15 minutes

    Chop broccoli down to desired sizes and add it to a pan with no more than 1/2 a cup of water, depending on how much broccoli you’re cooking. Cover the pan with a lid, allowing the broccoli to steam until tender on low-medium heat.

    Once broccoli is to your desired tenderness, remove it from the pan. Oil that same pan and toss in the marinated beef, allowing it to form a nice sear on all sides

    Remove beef once it’s to your desired tenderness and add the sauce to the pan. Bring pan to high heat allowing the sauce to boil. Once the sauce begins to boil, bring it to a simmer and stir in the cornstarch slurry; allowing the sauce to thicken up.

    Once your sauce is nice and thick, add in your cooked beef and broccoli and stir well, making sure to combine the sauce with the added ingredients

    Serve beef and broccoli over jasmine or white rice; Enjoy & Be Merry!
