Make the Alfredo at Home
It tastes better
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Clean, oil, and season the chicken breast thoroughly with your seasoning blend or your preferred seasonings, and then set it aside.
- 2
Bring water for your pasta noodles to a boil, making sure to salt and oil the water before adding the noodles.
- 3
Chop your broccoli down to desired sizes and add it to a pan with no more than 1/2 a cup of water, depending on how much broccoli you’re cooking.
- 4
Cook your chicken breasts until tender and juicy. Once your chicken breasts are cooked, remove them from the pan and chop them up.
- 5
To the pan you cooked your chicken breasts in, allow 3 tablespoons of butter to melt.
- 6
Once the butter melts, add in 3 cups of half-and-half and bring that to a simmer.
- 7
After the half-and-half begins to simmer, turn the heat down to low and add in 3 cups of shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- 8
Slowly stir until all the cheese has melted, and a sauce is formed. Once the sauce’s consistency is to your liking, sprinkle in Italian seasoning then stir.
- 9
Add your cooked broccoli, chopped chicken breasts, and pasta noodles into your delicious Alfredo sauce and combine well.
- 10
Serve with fluffy garlic bread or sticks; Enjoy & Be Merry!
