Sweet Potato Dough Pizzas
Make this healthy version of pizza using sweet potato. All you need is sweet potatoes and self raising flour to make a hidden veg pizza dough which is soft and airy!

Steam or boil sweet potatoes until soft, ensuring water is drained well.

Mash sweet potatoes, then add flour and mix until a dough forms.

Split the dough into 5 equal balls and flatten onto a baking sheet in a circular shape.

Mix tomato paste with water and spoon onto the middle of the pizzas, spreading out slightly.

Top with grated cheese and any other desired toppings.

Bake at 180°C for 15-17 minutes until the cheese starts to slightly brown.
