If you are like me and like sneaking in veggies for breakfast you’ll love this recipe! These delicious fluffy fritters have carrot in them! They taste naturally sweet from the banana and apple and are really soft perfect for BLW.

    Mash your banana in a bowl and add your egg, apple, carrot flour and cinnamon. Mix until you have a thick mixture.

    Heat up a frying pan with a little oil and make 5 circles of batter.

    Flip until lightly bubbling until brown on both sides.
