Strawberry and banana is such a great combination! They are so tasty together in these pancakes. They are made with Greek yogurt which is full of protein! They make for a delicious breakfast.

    Mash your banana then add your Greek yogurt and egg.

    Then add your flour and strawberries and mix together until you have a thick batter.

    Heat up a frying pan on medium heat and dollop circle shapes onto the pan.

    Flip when one side starts to bubble.

    Remove from the pan when both sides are lightly golden.
