It’s never too early for gingerbread biscuits! Koa insisted on making dinosaur ones too.. These biscuits are egg free, low in sugar and great for lunchboxes or for a snack.

    Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix together making sure the butter is thoroughly incorporated.

    Roll into a ball and roll out to 1/4 inch thick and stamp out your shapes.

    Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes.

    Cool before eating.
