Does your toddler love choc chip cookies? I know mine does, the store bought ones are very high in sugar so I thought we would try make our own, and they are delicious and HEALTHIER! They are made with with wholegrain spelt flour and maple syrup!

    Mix your egg, maple syrup and oil together.

    Add your flour and bicarb and mix until you get a dough.

  3. 3

    Add your choc chips and mix again.

  4. 4

    Get a baking tray and get teaspoon size spoonfuls of cookie batter and roll into a ball and repeat until there is no dough left.

    Then press the balls lightly with a fork.

    Bake at 180Β°C for around 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
