Breakfast twist on the viral smashed potatoes, swapping the new potatoes for hash browns instead.

    Add 6 hash browns to a lined air fryer basket/baking tray.

    Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 15 mins.

    Using a mug or glass, gently press down on each hash brown.

  4. 4

    Melt 15g salted butter with 1 crushed clove of garlic & a handful of chopped parsley. Brush all over the top of the hash browns.

    Grate over 30g parmesan (or any other cheese of your choice).

    Place back in the air fryer or oven for a further 10-12 mins or until the hash browns are golden & crispy.
