Chorizo, Halloumi & Spring Onion Loaded Hash Browns

Cook hash browns in the air fryer/oven according to the pack instructions.

Grate halloumi cheese, then add to a bowl.

Add diced chorizo & chopped spring onions.

Crack in a large egg & add any seasonings/herbs or spices of your choice, then mix well.

Spoon the mixture on top of the hash browns.

Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for a further 8-10 mins or until golden & crispy.

Serve with sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
