Halloumi & Chorizo Hash Brown Bake

Easy to prepare, serve it for a weekend breakfast or brunch or bake it in advance and portion it up for quick weekday breakfasts that you can reheat.

    Arrange 10-12 hash browns in a greased, medium-sized baking dish.

    Either air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 15-20 mins or until the hash browns are golden and starting to crisp up.

    Scatter over 80g grated halloumi and 50g chopped chorizo.

  4. 4

    Whisk 2 large eggs with 50ml milk, a pinch each of salt & pepper and any herbs/seasonings of your choice (I added chives & rosemary), then pour over the hash browns.

    Place back in the air fryer or oven for a further 15-20 mins or until golden & bubbling.
