Ferrero Rocher Weetabix Truffles

A Ferrero Rocher version of weetabix truffles with a Nutella weetabix centre, a crunchy milk chocolate hazelnut coating and a whole hazelnut in the centre.

Ingredients

    Melt Nutella in a large bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave.

    Crumble Weetabix and add to the bowl along with Greek yoghurt. Mix until combined.

    Roll the mixture into 12 equal sized balls. Optional: press a whole hazelnut into the centre of each truffle, then reshape into a ball.

    Melt milk chocolate for 30 seconds in the microwave, then mix with chopped hazelnuts.

    Using a fork or cocktail stick, dip each Weetabix ball in the melted chocolate so they are completely coated.

    Place the truffles on a tray lined with greaseproof/baking paper, then transfer to the fridge for at least one hour, or until set.

Notes

The truffles will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
