Crumpet Topped Breakfast Pie

A breakfast pie with a crispy crumpet topping, perfect for serving on a lazy weekend morning.

Ingredients

Directions

    Chop up sausages into pieces and add to a greased baking dish.

    Bake in the oven at 200C fan/220C or air fryer at 180C for 5-10 mins or until the sausages are starting to brown.

    Add chopped bacon to the dish and place back in the oven/air fryer for a further 10 mins or until the bacon is starting to crisp up.

    Spoon over a small tin of beans.

  5. 5

    Arrange crumpets on top, brush with melted butter, and scatter over grated cheese.

    Place back in the oven or air fryer for 15-20 mins or until the crumpet topping is golden & crispy.
