Cheesy Marmite Toast Bake
Hot, buttered Marmite toast, melted cheese and whisked egg are combined in this easy to assemble breakfast bake.

Lightly toast 2 slices of bread, spread each with butter & Marmite to taste, then cut into quarters.

Arrange the toast quarters in a small, greased baking dish or ramekin.

Scatter over 20g grated cheese of your choice.

Whisk 1 large egg with 50ml milk, a pinch each of salt & pepper, plus any herbs/spices of your choice, then pour over the toast.

Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 8-10 mins or until golden and crispy on top.
