Cheesy Garlic Croissant Bake
Flaky croissants, garlic butter and gooey mozzarella are all combined with whisked eggs in this breakfast bake that's perfect for the weekend.

Slice 4 croissants into large pieces, then arrange in a medium-sized, greased baking dish.

Mix 20g melted butter with 1 crushed clove of garlic & a handful of chopped parsley, then brush all over the croissants.

Stuff 100g grated mozzarella (or any other cheese of your choice) in the gaps around the croissants.

Whisk 2 large eggs with 50ml milk, a pinch each of salt & pepper plus any herbs/spices of your choice, then pour all over.

Air fry at 170C or oven bake at 170C fan/190C for 25 mins or until golden & crispy.
