This no-bake Biscoff weetabix slice is so delicious and easy to prepare.

    Melt 100g Biscoff spread in a large bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave.

    Crumble 8 weetabix and add to the bowl along with 175g Greek yoghurt. Mix until combined.

    Press the mixture into a lined, medium sized dish or tin.

    Melt 100g white chocolate with 1 tsp Biscoff spread for 30 secs in the microwave, then spoon over the weetabix and spread in an even layer. Swirl some more melted Biscoff spread on top if desired.

    Place in the fridge for at least one hour, or until the chocolate has set, then slice into 6 squares.

    Serve & enjoy! It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
