Air Fryer Stuffed Croissants

    Slice the centres of 2 croissants & hollow out, leaving the walls & base intact.

    Whisk 1 large egg with a pinch each of salt & pepper plus any herbs/seasonings of your choice.

    Add fillings of your choice to the egg mixture, then mix together.

    Place the croissants & the cut out centres in your air fryer basket/on a lined baking tray then pour the egg mixture into the centre of each croissant.

    Top the cut out centres with some grated cheese if desired.

    Air fry at 180C or oven bake at 180C fan/200C for 10-12 mins or until the egg mixture has set and croissants are crispy.
