Mix warmed milk w/ yeast & coconut sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes to foam & bubble.

In a stand mixer, add flour. After 10 min, pour yeast mix into flour, along w/ oil. Mix until dough comes together.

Kneed dough for about 5 ish min (or until smooth). Cover and set aside in warm place for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, roll into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Add filling & roll.

Using floss/string slice dough. Add to baking pan, cover, and set aside for 30min - 1 hour.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden.

Allow to cool for 10 ish min. Add desired frosting/icing & enjoy!!
