    Wash and pat dry bok choy, slice in half lengthwise

    To make the sauce mix all ingredients together

  3. 3

    Add avocado oil to a pan over medium high heat and place bok choy face down; cook for a few minutes per side until golden

  4. 4

    Pour sauce over cook for a couple of minutes; place on a platter and spoon over the rest of the sauce from the pan

  5. 5

    Top with sesame seeds, crushed red pepper and enjoy
