    Place bacon slices on griddle and cook until desired doneness; cook onions into the bacon grease; season with salt and pepper and once caramelized set them aside;

    Place burger patties on the griddle and smash with your cast iron press, flip and place a slice of cheese on top; once melted; stack one on top of another;

    Wipe griddle clean and melts some butter and toast brioche buns; fry the eggs until desired doneness;

    Assemble your juicy burgers and enjoy!
