Pound chicken breast and cut in half; marinade for at least 30 mins with the ingredients above;

Dredge chicken into seasoned flour with salt, pepper and smoked paprika, dip into the beaten eggs and lastly coat into cornflakes;

Fry chicken in avocado oil at around 350 F until internal temperature reached 165 F;

Light toast your brioche buns on a pan with some butter, add a spoonful of ranch, a lettuce leaf, hot honey chicken, Bubbies Bread and Butter Pickles, more ranch and enjoy!
