Flank Steak Tacos with Chimichurri and Salsa Verde on Charred Tortillas

To make the chimichurri, add all ingredients above to a food processor and give it a blitz;

Pat dry flank steak and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper, taco seasoning and chimichurri; let marinate for at least 10 mins or even overnight if you can;

Sear steak in a cast iron pan until desired temperature and let it rest before slicing;

Char tortillas directly on the gas burner if you have one or on a pan; assemble salsas steak, chimichurri and enjoy!
