Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Whip together the ricotta and eggs until smooth and creamy.

Add the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Stir in the melted butter.

Wash and thinly slice the apples.

Line a springform pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter.

Arrange the apple slices into a rose pattern - starting from the outside and working your way in - on top of the batter.
