Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds.
- 2
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with cheddar cheese and a dash of Lawrys.
- 3
Fill each jalapeno and wrap a slice of bacon around each one.
- 4
Bake at 425 degrees until bacon appears to be done, about 15-20 minutes.
- 5
Using storebought tater tots, bake on a greased baking sheet per package instructions, minus 8 min.
- 6
Use a glass cup to smash the tots down.
- 7
Pop them back into the oven for the remaining 8 min or until they are crispy.
- 8
Top with thinly sliced steak, aioli (just a cup of mayo combined with 2 cloves of minced sautéed garlic, and a tiny squeeze of lemon juice), and a couple springs of chives for garnish.
- 9
Unroll crescent sheets and tear where perforated. Cut each triangle in half, so they are two triangles.
- 10
Place 1 cocktail wiener on thick side of each triangle, then gently roll to thinner side.
- 11
Transfer to a baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning.
- 12
Bake pigs in a blanket until golden, about 12-15 minutes.
- 13
Season ground beef to taste — I used salt, garlic powder, onion powder and Lawrys.
- 14
Form into patties and either grill them or cook on a pan.
- 15
Add cheese and put a lid on it until melted.
- 16
Add mayo to your toasted buns and assemble, using any toppings you want!
- 17
Secure with a skewer.
