    In a saute pan add the evoo on medium then the garlic, when it starts to sizzle and soften add the basil and let it pop, then add passata - let simmer for 5 minutes then add the lasagna sheets and meatballs and cook for an additional 4 until pasta is done.

    Plate in a bowl, dot allllll over with the cheeses then place under the grill for 4-5 minutes until bubbly and amazing.
