Juicy Beef & Ginger Dumplings with Cumin & Sichuan Peppercorns

These dumplings take on classic Northern flavours of cumin seed and Sichuan peppercorns and are also bursting with loads of fresh ginger, scallion and coriander.

    Mix everything in a bowl well, fill your wrappers and set on trays.

    To boil add to boiling water, then add a cup of room temp water..once they have come back to a boil and are floating they are done.

    Serve in a dipping sauce of soy, chilli oil, black vinegar sugar and grated garlic.
