used loads of cold water baby prawns and regular prawns - both having a slightly different flavour, one meaty and one sweet - a little chopped tomato, chilli flakes, lots of sizzled garlic, wine, a bit of stock to create a very prawn-y flavoured sauce- top with parmesan (some say sacrilege but idc) parsley and chive
