    Prep your veg, get your pasta water boiling.

    Dry toast the fennel, add the oil and sausage breaking up, add garlic and chilli and sauté until browned and cooked.

    Heat the cream mixture in a small sauce pan whisking constantly until it thickens.

    Cook pasta and layer all of the components in a shallow pasta bowl - Cream, Lasagna Layers, Cheese, Sausage Mix, Broccolini and Mushrooms, finally give the top a good cream drizzle, and Parm and breadcrumb dusting.

    Place under grill/broiler until everything bubbles and turns golden, enjoy!
