    Marinade for 1-2 cutlets

    Beat the cucumber, slice and salt, drain after 15 min then pour dressing, chilli oil and scallions etc over mix and serve

    For the Cutlet marinated for 5 hours or overnight ....it's flour, egg, panko fried in ample veg oil anywhere from 2-4 min a side depending on thickness.
