Garlic Croissant Jalapeño Poppers
A game day appetizer that you’ll think about long after the game ends

Honey Garlic Butter
Jalapeño Poppers
Pimento Cheese

Mix together 2 cups grated extra sharp cheddar, 8oz cream cheese (room temp), 4oz pimento peppers, 2 tbsp mayo, 2 tsp yellow mustard, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, pepper and salt to taste.

Mix together 1/4 cup unsalted melted butter, 3 tbsp honey, 4 gloves minced garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, salt to taste.

Cut 24 jalapeño peppers in half length wise and remove seeds.

Stuff both sides with pimento cheese and put back together.

Wrap with crescent roll dough cut into strips.

Bake in oven at 475 for 20 minutes (or until golden).

Coat in honey butter and serve!
