Teriyaki Mushroom Noodles

    Brush clean mushrooms and slice into halves or quarters.

    Cook egg noodles as per instructions and once drained drizzle with a little sesame oil to stop them sticking together.

    Mince garlic and grate a small piece of ginger.

  4. 4

    Make the sauce by mixing light soy sauce, mirin, and honey in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Heat a wok or large pan with oil and once hot add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for 30 seconds.

    Add the mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until softened.

    Add the sauce and over low medium heat simmer for 4-5 minutes.

    Add the noodles back in and combine everything together.

    Serve and garnish with the spring onion, roasted sesame seeds and enjoy.
