Pork Fried Rice
Perfect for using leftover cooked meats too!

Add a splash of oil to a wok and over high heat add the eggs and let them sit for a few seconds, with a spatula start to scramble them and once done remove them to plate and wipe the wok clean.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in your wok and once hot add the pork, stir fry over high heat for 3-4 minutes until starting to colour. Remove from the wok to a plate, wipe the wok clean.

Heat the wok with 1 tbsp oil and add the onion and garlic. Stir fry for 60 seconds.

Add the rice gradually and keep stirring, add the pork (if you are using already cooked leftover meat add it now) and keep stirring to incorporate everything together.

Add the sauce and keep stir frying until everything is coated.

Add the egg, beansprouts and peas and stir fry everything for 2-3 minutes.
