* Slow Cooker * Melt in your mouth - PEACH BBQ BEEF RIBS

    Season beef ribs generously with salt and pepper. Add to an olive oiled, shimmering hot pan and sear on all sides -then remove to a plate & set aside.

    In your slow cooker, add drained peaches, garlic, ginger, bbq, soy sauce and brown sugar. Whisk together.

    Add seared ribs to your slow cooker. Cook on LOW 6-7 hours or HIGH ~ 4 hours.

    Whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry and add it to your slow cooker. Mix well until sauce thickens.

  5. 5

    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes. Garnish with green onion & enjoy
