One Pot Cheesy Beef & Shells
this is always a hit with my kids & who doesn’t love an easy clean up!

Add oil, onion and garlic to a heavy bottom pot and begin to sauté until translucent.

Add ground beef & seasonings (salt, pepper, parsley, paprika, red pepper flakes) and continue cooking until browned.

Add tomato paste and mix into ground beef mixture.

Stir in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a low simmer.

Stir in UNCOOKED shells. Reduce heat and stir frequently for 15-17 minutes or until cooked to al dente.

Stir in shredded cheddar and sprinkle extra on top for serving! Enjoy !!
