My Blistered Tomato Gnocchi & Burrata

    Add olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, and red pepper flakes to your pan. Place over medium-high heat and begin sautéing.

    Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook according to package directions.

    Once tomatoes are blistered and burst, remove from heat and add gnocchi + 1/4 C reserved pasta water. Combine well.

    Garnish with basil and top with fresh burrata. Enjoy!


Notes

Lids and handles are not oven safe. Handles are not dishwasher safe. Remove handles while cooking.
