    Add butter, bell pepper, red onion and garlic to your heavy bottom pot. Sàuté for 3-4 minutes.

    Stir in chipotle pepper, adobo sauce and honey. Stir until everything is combined.

    Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer then add *uncooked* penne pasta.

    Allow pasta to cook uncovered over medium/low heat for 18-20 minutes (or until al dente) stirring continuously to prevent sticking. ** if liquid is absorbing too quickly, add a splash of chicken broth as needed

    Stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
