Making strawberry syrup from scratch using Truvia Stevia Sweetener.

Add strawberries, water, and Truvia Stevia Sweetener to a large pot.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove the strawberry pulp.

Press down on the strawberries to extract all the liquid.

Transfer the syrup to a jar or container and store it in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
