    In a small bowl, combine both flours, tapioca powder, baking soda, powder, and salt.

    In a large bowl, mix oil with sugar for a few minutes.

    Then add in one egg at a time.

    Then finally mix in milk and vanilla.

    Gradually add in dry ingredients while mixing.

    Once a dough is nearly formed, add in chocolate and nuts.

    Continue to mix until fully mixed.

    Let this dough set in room temperature for 30 minutes.

    Set oven to 350 F.

    Scoop out cookie portions onto lined sheet pan, and bake for 8-10 minutes.
