    Place your eggs on boil for 6 minutes.

    Place your yoghurt and Dill in a bowl with grated garlic and some salt.

  3. 3

    In a pan place the butter the harissa paste and chilli flakes a fry off for a couple of minutes.

    Place the yoghurt on the plate. Drizzle the oil over and add the eggs. Serve with some toasted buttery sourdough and enjoy!
