Seared Sesame Tuna, Grilled Purple Sprouting, Kale with Tataki Dressing
Packed with flavour with the fresh Asian tataki dressing drizzled over the tuna. You can cook this in under 10 minutes easily!

Toss the broccoli in sesame oil and grill till tender and with a char on it.

Roll your fresh tuna in a mix of black and white sesame seeds, salt and a pinch of sugar.

Fry the kale off with some garlic until cooked and set aside with the broccoli.

Put a pan on a high heat with some sesame oil and sear the tuna on each side for 10-20 seconds or so each side until the seeds are nicely coloured.

For the dressing mix 2 tsp soy, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, finely grate a thumb of fresh ginger, finely sliced red chilli. Pour over the dish and serve!
