Flatbreads for the win
Scrap the supermarket ones they’re not good for you anyway and these taste 🔥 🔥. Flaky, puffed up crispy flatbreads covered in garlic butter and they’re easy! ✅

Mix the top half of ingredients together in a mixer or bowl. Will be a bit sticky but keep mixing and when formed into a ball remove and knead on a lightly floured board.

Once kneaded divide into a few balls, cover with a damp tea towel and leave to rest for an hour.

Roll out the balls till about half a cm. You can use your hands to pull it out more.

Heat a dry pan on a stove. Place the flatbread into the pan and cook for a 30-60 seconds until it browns the base. Flip and if you don’t have gas repeat. If you have gas then finish off directly on the flames on the uncooked side. It will char the bubbles slightly. Don’t let it catch fire.

Once the flat breads are cook brush the melted butter with garlic and parsley in.
