Crispy Chilli Beef or Venison Fakeaway
Far less crap in it than a takeaway and far more delicious.

Thinly slice the beef into strips and add an egg.

Mix the corn flour, garlic powders, chilli powder, salt and pepper together and add to the beef to make a sticky coating.

Heat a pan with veg oil an inch deep to a high heat.

When crispy remove and set aside.

In a frying pan fry, sliced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves and a grated knob of ginger, sliced chilli.

Cook for 30 secs and then add the rice vinegar, soy, tomato purée, caster sugar, ketchup, sweet chilli sauce.

Increase the heat so the sauce bubbles and starts to reduce for a couple of minutes.

When ready add the beef in and stir.

You can add siracha for more heat if required. If too salty or sweet add more vinegar.
