    Combine all dough ingredients except for salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then add the salt.

    The dough will be sticky, so use wet hands to work with it. Knead until a smooth dough is formed.

    Transfer the dough to a greased container and cover it. Let it rest for three hours at room temperature, then refrigerate for 24 hours.

    After 24 hours, take the dough out of the fridge, divide it into four equal balls, and place them in a greased pan. Rub olive oil on top of each ball and cover them. Let them rest until they are puffy (about two hours).

    Bake at 450°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
