Fry off 1 red onion in a few sprays of oil for 3-4 mins.

Add in 3 sliced up garlic cloves and fry for another 2 mins.

Add in 2 diced up chicken breast then add in 1/2 tsp of @jdseasonings Cajun spices and 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper.

Mix and allow to cook, then stick your pasta on to boil.

Add in vegetable stock cube to your pan and 150ml of water, 120g of @philadelphia_uki lightest.

Mix it up and allow to come to a boil, then add the same spices again at the same amount.

Gentle simmer for 8-9 mins then add in 40g of grated Parmesan and stir.

Add your cooked pasta and then the heat off and stir thoroughly for 2-3 mins then serve.
