Spicy Chicken Pesto & Chorizo Pasta
This was an absolute 10/10 tonight!!! Quick and simple, what more can you ask for

Fry off 2 diced up chicken breasts seasoned in amatriciana spices for 5 mins

Add in 1 large red pepper diced up and fry for a good 5-7 mins

Add in 60g of sundried tomato pesto, 100g of lightest soft cheese and 150ml of the pasta water and give it a really good until it comes out smooth

Add 1/2 tsp of habanero chillis, 1 tsp of garlic granulates & 1tsp of smoked paprika and stir through

Slice up 50g of chorizo for a few mins and flip half way through and set aside for once the pasta has been served

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the chicken stir thoroughly

Chop up some fresh basil and add and dish out and top with the fried chorizo
