Spicy Chicken & Chorizo Pasta
One of the most frequent pastas on this grid and the fact it’s done and dusted in less than 30 mins is an even bigger bonus

Fry off your red pepper & onion for 5 mins then add in half of your seasoning and stir then add your Garlic and fry for another 1-2 mins.

Add in your diced up chicken breast and I always add another tsp of spices and allow to fry until chicken is cooked through. At this point put your pasta on to boil as per instructions.

Once the chicken is almost cooked through add your stock and Philadelphia lightest and give it a proper stir until the philly is all melted and allow to simmer for 5 mins until sauce is thickened.

2 mins before the end stick your chorizo on a fry frying pan and allows to crisp up and you add this at the end once served

Add your cooked pasta to your chicken and stir thoroughly then transfer to your bowl and top with your chorizo and some coriander
