    Fried off 1 brown onion, 1 red chilli pepper & 1 large red pepper for 4-5 mins

    Add in 2 cloves of minced garlic & chillies, fry for another couple mins.

    Add in 400g of extra lean steak mince and add 1 tub of the @jdseasonings TACO spice mix and 1tsp of cayenne pepper with 1tsp of Worcestershire sauce & balsamic vinegar and fry until the mince is browned.

    Add in 1 tin of chopped tomatoes with 150ml of beef stock and allow to simmer for around 30 mins or until everything is thick and all liquid is away

    Assemble, I put a wrap in the frying pan then add mozzarella, lettuce and the mince and folded over and cooked
