Always an absolute winner and before anyone starts yes I love mozzarella on my bolognese as appose to Parmesan

Ingredients

    Fried off 1 brown onion in 2 garlic cloves for a few mins

    Add in 500g of 5% lean steak mince and added 1 oxo cube, 1tbsp of Worcester sauce, 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and stir through and let the mince brown

    Add in the entire pot of the jd seasoning spice kit and stir through

  4. 4

    Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes and 200ml of beef stock and bring to a boil then let it simmer for around 30-35 mins checking occasionally

    Put on your rigatoni and once it’s done transfer to the bolognese mix then serve

    Made some cheesy garlic bread with tsp of butter mixed with a small garlic clove and dried parsley and smothered on top of a wholemeal pitta, topped with mozzarella and oven it for around 5-6 mins mins or until it’s bubbling
